Games played at a Home Field
Some of the things you will need on game day are:

The scheduled game time is 1:00 PM unless multiple games are scheduled. If two or three games are scheduled on the same field, the first game shall be 12 noon. If mutually acceptable to both teams, games may be played earlier. There will be no night games without the prior approval of the Games Commissioner.

The game report. You can download a PDF or Doc. You must use the official game report. Your team should fill in the team name and the game roster, i.e., Player Name, Player Pass Number, and Uniform Number. The team manager or coach should sign the report. The referee will complete the rest of the report and send the completed report to NJYS.
- Medical Releases for all your players
- Player and Coaches passes
- Proper behavior on the side lines
The winning team must report the game score to NJYS on the day the game was played. Click here to report the score online. Teams that fail to report the game score on the day of the match will be fined.
Any changes to the published scheduled dates must be approved ahead of time by the NJYS Games Commissioner.
Quarter Final matches for both the National Championship competition and the State Cup competition will be played at the designated home team's field. The teams are each responsible for one half of the referee fee as they were at all preliminary games.
Important Information for Teams playing Games at a Centralized Location
NJYS will schedule all semi-final and final matches. NJYS will assign all referees to these matches and there will be a three referee crew for each match. NJYS will pay referees for the semi-final and final matches.
Semi final and final matches for the Fall 2012 edition of the competition will be held at a central locationU19 Boys and Girls Semi Final and Final matches for the Summer 2011 edition of the competition will be held at the Drum Point Soccer Complex in Brick. Click here for directions.
Teams that advance to the semi final competition must prepare a Regional Roster and have it available at the semi final match for the NJYS Cup Committee. The Regional Roster will be printed on white paper.

Teams competing in the New Jersey Youth Soccer State Cup competition should also complete the Regional Roster but are not eligible to have use the club pass.
Teams that are waiting for their match cannot warm up or congregate along the goal line of an active field or between fields. NJYS will designate an area for teams waiting for their match and teams are expected to stay within the area for their warm up activities. Teams not adhering to this requirement will be subject to disciplinary action and may be fined $100.00.

At any centralized location, referees will be assigned by the NJYS Referee Assignor. Teams do not to report the game score for games played at a central site.
A maximum of four (4) carded, rostered coaches, assistant coaches, administrators, trainers, etc for each team will be permitted on the sidelines with the rostered players. Sideline passes must be displayed prominently.
Spectator areas are behind the marked only area. Please be considerate of other games in progress. There is plenty of area for player warm up and preparations without congregating along the goal lines or between fields. Proper behavior is required on the sidelines.
